Organizations across government, law, real estate, education, finance, and healthcare are drowning in unstructured documents, manual workflows, and AI pilots that never reach production. Most "AI solutions" are generic wrappers that don't reflect how these institutions actually operate with strict governance, audit requirements, and low tolerance for hallucination. Z2one AI closes that gap. We're a Virginia-based AI consultancy and full-stack development team that designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI systems from requirements and architecture through prototyping, deployment, and post-launch support. Our work spans document intelligence and OCR, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, computer vision, multilingual NLP, and full-stack web/mobile development, built on secure, scalable, audit-ready infrastructure. We build and maintain several in-house products, including EduAI (a multilingual, curriculum-adaptive teaching platform for low-resource classrooms), a privacy-first Legal CRM automating USCIS/EOIR case workflows for law firms, and FocusBot, an enterprise document-search platform used by accounting and professional services firms. Alongside these, we've delivered custom AI systems for the World Bank Group, IFC, real estate brokerages, and government agencies including a portfolio-tagging LLM with 85%+ F1 accuracy and a teacher-coaching tool built on Whisper and fine-tuned LLMs. Our focus: practical, secure AI that earns trust by working in real, high-stakes environments, not demos.
