Each incident report includes timestamped DNS trails, registrar and WHOIS records, infrastructure clustering context, and reproducible metadata artifacts. Our evidence can be acted upon by domain registries, hosting operators, legal teams, and law enforcement — without requiring privileged access, formal partnership, or speculative scoring systems.
