It records synchronized video, produces a live transcript with speaker identification, and lets teams upload, present, and control exhibits and case files inside the session, with automatic hyperlinking in the transcript when an exhibit is introduced or referenced. Prevail CheckMate brings AI into the proceeding itself, streaming live testimony, notes, and exhibits into Consilio's Aurora platform or Prevail's native solution. Session Review turns the completed record into work product through synchronized video, transcript search, flags, video clips, designations, and AI summaries. Certified court reporters deliver highly accurate certified transcripts in seven business days, against an industry standard of ten to fourteen. Prevail is SOC 2 Type 2 attested and ISO 27001 certified and holds Authorizations to Operate (“ATO’s”) from multiple Federal Agencies. Client content is encrypted in transit and at rest, stays within the organization's environment, and is never used to train AI models without explicit permission.
