Emotion-First AI

Emotion-First AI builds GoAskSimon, a post-generation governance layer that evaluates AI output at the decision boundary — after it is generated, but before it drives institutional action. Most AI safety work happens inside the model or at the prompt. We believe the risk that matters is downstream: AI output that sounds confident and reasonable, yet could cause the wrong decision if acted on. We call this fluency masking. Simon does not generate content, edit prompts, or retrain models. It governs generated language against deterministic policy controls and returns one of three audit-grade outcomes: Passed, Calibrated, or Held. Typical review completes in under a second. The category we are establishing is post-generation governance at the decision boundary. The failure mode we address is not hallucination in the abstract — it is what AI causes, not how it lands. AI doesn't fail when it generates. It fails when it drives the wrong action.
